Since September 2024, I have had the opportunity to work as an apprentice at Téléconcepts, a company specializing in networks and telephony. As a network and telephony installation and maintenance technician, I contribute to the setup and maintenance of essential infrastructures for our clients. This experience allows me to combine theory and practice, strengthening my technical skills while gaining real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and implementation of IT solutions: telephony, security of property and people, networks, multimedia.
• Infrastructure creation at client sites in teams, and equipment programming in the workshop with our colleagues.
• Weekly maintenance of IT infrastructure: working with our network technician on firewalls, servers, VPNs, etc.
• Participation in the implementation of solutions at our clients' locations, including installation and configuration of equipment.
• Maintenance interventions at client sites: PBX, video surveillance, nurse call systems, etc.

Objective of my apprenticeship: This apprenticeship serves as a stepping stone for my professional development. My goal is to become an expert in the fields of networks, telephony, and cybersecurity, while mastering the technologies necessary to meet the needs of modern businesses. This experience allows me to strengthen my skills and gain a better understanding of the challenges in the field.
